These are number of minutes or hours that are available to you each month to use for support services without charge. If you need edits/additions that can be implemented within the available free minutes or hours, we will make such edits free of charge.
Are unused monthly minutes and hours accumulated and transferred to next month?
No, unused free minutes and hours expires at the end of each month, new ones begin immediately after (on the first of each month).
Blog post per month, do you write/compose new blog post for me?
No, we do not write or compose the blog post. You will send us (or point us to) the texts you already composed for the blog post. We will use that texts to create a blog post. If you send out monthly newsletters, we can turn those newsletters into blog post.
Testimonials per month, do you write testimonials for me?
No, we will post testimonials you receive from clients and customers. This is useful for businesses that receive testimonials from clients either online (social media, review websites/apps, etc.) or directly from the office. We can help you post such testimonials on your website.
