Website design and SEO services by W3 Ground

An easy step by step process to design and create a new website.

We are with you every step of the way… from guiding you to set up the website account, to putting together contents for the website, to finally building and launching the new website, etc.

We are on standby to guide you through the steps and explain what options are suitable for you taking the different actors into account, including your budget.

How it works: getting a new website in a few easy steps.

STEP 1:

As part of our detailed discussions, we shall discuss the most suitable platform for your website. If you already have a hosting account or you already purchased your domain with a company that also offers website services (such as website hosting), we shall assess that company to ensure that the website hosting services provided will meet the requirements of your website.

STEP 2:

Assuming you do not already have an account with the recommended (and adopted) website builder, we shall guide you to setup an account using your own details so that you have 100% ownership of the account and its website(s).

We shall also guide you to purchase a subscription plan that suits your type and size of website. If you already have an account with a suitable website builder, we shall guide you through the next steps to purchase a website hosting subscription if applicable.

STEP 3:

By website contents or website copy as sometimes called, we are referring to the information such as texts, images, files or documents, videos, etc. that will added to the different pages of the website.

Different websites only require certain types of contents. For example, most service websites usually have only images and texts, while informational and educational websites might require images, texts, videos, and lots of document attachments such as PDFs, etc.

If you have some questions or concerns about what type of contents or how much contents you need to put together, we shall provide you with some useful information to guide you.

Help with images:

With the texts (or wordings) provided by you, we can help you find suitable images to go with those texts. Lots of our clients actually prefer this option because as designers we are better equipped to find the most suitable images to accompany and compliments our clients messaging strategy.

STEP 4:

With the account setup and website contents in place, we shall guide you on how to grant us relevant access to the website builder so that we start building the website.

These are typically limited access that restricts us to only the website builder and/or selective account tools needed to build, launch a website. Full account ownership and access belongs to you.

You are free to revoke our access when the work is completed and re-grant such access in the future if/when you need our assistance. We will only advise the you leave us with access if you have subscribed to our retainer and maintenance services where we need an established access to maintain and updates your websites regularly.

STEP 5:

While building the new website, we share our step-by-step progress with you and request your feedback with recommendation for necessary changes (if any). We make such changes and present that step to you again for a follow up revision and further changes.

This approach is adored by our clients because it engages them with their preferences throughout the process and ensures that they are fully satisfied with work done step-by-step from start to completion and launch.

Upon completion, we shall provide you with guides on how to edit and update the website (if you need one) and also provide you with information for future support.
