What happens after I submit a request?

We review your submission and respond accordingly. Our response opens a communication channel for further discussions.

Can we schedule a call to discuss the website?

Absolutely! We offer FREE consultation.
The first step is submitting our service request form which is an interactive (and quick to fill) questionnaire form that gives us the right information about your website with a technical explanations that you might not be able to suitably express.

How soon do you respond to my submission?

Usually within 24-48 hours but might take longer, especially for requests sent on weekend. Messages sent on weekends are usually responded to the following Monday/Tuesday.

What if I haven’t received a response after 72 hours?

Check your junk folder because messages can sometimes end up that folder. If nothing still, please click here to send up a follow-up inquiry.


What website builder (or platform) will you use to build my website?

For a new website, we shall recommend the most suitable website builder based on type of website needed and inline with our discussions.

For an existing website that needs to be redesigned or recreated, we can work with the current website builder, or recommend a different website builder to achieve better results. If you are happy with the current builder then we shall stick with that.

Do you have to move my website from its current host?

No we don’t move your website unless you don’t want us to. We can redesign or build a new website right from within your current hosting provider. Any needs or reasons to move your website elsewhere will be discussed and approved by you as part of the project before we proceed.

Will I have ownership of the website?

Yes you will have ownership of the website. We encourage our clients to create a hosting account using their own details so that they get to have 100% ownership and control.

What if I already have a website that is online but I need a redesign?

If your website is already online we can redesign it without without taking the website offline. The different options and approaches will be discussed with you prior to starting the project.

I don’t have a domain yet, do you provide this?

No we don’t provide domain registration but we shall advice you on the domain registrar to use and the benefits that come with such.

I already have a domain hosting and I don’t want it moved, what do I do?

You don’t have to move your domain. You can keep it exactly where it is and we shall configure the domain DNS for use on the website.


How much do you charge for your website services?

Service cost depends of the type of service and the level of work to be done. We will be able to give you an exact quote on both cost and time frame after getting some information about your website. Click here to learn more about pricing.

Do you charge hourly or flat rate?

Flat rate. A total project cost can be paid in phases or milestones over the course of the project.

Do I pay before or after the work is completed?

Payment is made in phases at different stages of completion. Paying in phases means that a the total project cost is divided into multiple phases.

If for example the total cost is $1,200, you don’t have to pay all the $1,200 at the beginning. The payments can be structured in phases such that you get to pay $400 at the beginning, another $400 at 45-60% completion, and the remaining $400 at 95%-100% completion.

Payment is due at the beginning of each phase of the project.

What are these payment phases you offer? How does it help me?

Payment phases also known as milestones payment simply means that a total project cost is divided into multiple phases so that rather than paying all at once, you get to pay little by little per phase based on the milestone reached.

Payment phases protect your interest because you get to pay for the next phase after seeing and approving of work done on the previous phase.

Our clients love being able to pay in phases and so will you because if you don’t like how the project is going (which is very unlikely), or you are unable to continue with the project, or wish to pause for a while, etc. you can do so without further financial commitment.

Do I get refunded if I don’t like the outcome or if I change my mind about the project?

We do not offer refunds because we bill by time spent on a project. It’s also important to point out that because you get to revise each phase of the project and only make payment for next phase when you are satisfied with the previous phase, you can choose to discontinue the project if you are not satisfied with work done up to that point.

We are proud to say that in our 15+ years of service, we have never had a refund request. We are very good at what we do!

How do I pay for a project?

We accept PayPal, credit/debit card payments, and bank transfers.

After I make payment, how long will it take you to confirm?

Less than 24 hours. Usually instantly or within 30 minutes to 1 hour depending on the payment method used.


What types of content do you need from me?

Types of content depends on the type of website. We will need texts, images and maybe videos if you have any. We will need you to put together a list of all the pages your website will have. For example: “Home, About Us, Services, Testimonials, FAQs, Financial Info, Blog, Contact Us” pages, etc.

I have only texts, can you help me with images?

Definitely!

How do I get my contents to you?

There are a number of ways to share your contents with us and you will be given those options when we are ready to begin.

What if I don’t like something along the way, will you make changes?

Of course! When submitting each phase for revision we shall ask for your feedback and recommendations for changes. We shall make those changes and re-submit the website for another revision and further changes.
